sneak peak
i was unable to post a pic of my medicine cabinet.....i strongly recommend the usage of vitamins. I have seen the long lasting results of frequent consumption. my medicine cabinet would say that this is a woman who cares about her health and maintaining it as naturally as possible. I feel my vitamin usage will evolve over time to something greater. I want to be able to consume the right amount of supplements for all those areas in which i need support.

OH, MY DEAR BANANAS...MY DAD IS THE MOST HEALTH CONSCIENCE PERSON I KNOW. HE HAS ALWAYS PROMOTED EATING A BANANA A DAY. I HAVE TO SAY, THEY DO KILL THE HUNGER IN THE AM. I LUV MY BANANAS!!!!!

EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ME UNDERSTANDS THAT I ONLY DRINK WATER. I LOVE MY BOTTLED WATER!!!!!!!!!!! IT DEFINITELY SERVES SO MANY PURPOSES TO MY HEALTH. HELPS KEEP ME HYDRATED, COMPLEXION CLEAR, SOBERS ME UP DURING A LONG NIGHT OUT WITH THE GIRLS, LOL!!!! OVERALL IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BEVERAGE. ONCE I BEGAN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, I KNEW WATER WOULD HELP ME WITH MY PROGRESS.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MY MOUTH
WHAT A GREAT EXERCISE.....OK, MY DAY BEGINS EARLY SINCE I COMMUTE TO THE CITY. I AM ALREADY HAVING BREAKFAST ABOUT 6AM. I TRY TO KEEP IT HEALTHY WITH CEREAL(SMALL BOWL OF COURSE...) OR OATMEAL. ONCE TEN SM HITS, THE CRAVINGS BEGIN. CRACKERS, NUTS OR THE DREADED CHOCLATE (MY TOTAL WEAKNESS) I SWEAR THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT TO EATING CHOCLATE FOR ME. WHEN LUNCH TIME ROLLS AROUND, I TRY TO KEEP HEALTHY BY HAVING A SALAD, TURKEY OR GRILLED CHICKEN. DIDNT WORK TODAY WHEN ONE OF THE COOL LUNCH TUNKS ROLLS THROUGH MY SOHO NEIGHBORHOOD, UGHHHH HATE IT!!!! HEALTHY GOES OUT THE WINDOW AGAIN :(........DURING LUNCH i CONSUME MY DAILY REGIMEN OF 6 VITAMINS. HEALTHY MYRA IS AT IT AGAIN. I CALL THEM MY HAIR GROWTH, ENERGY BOOSTERS. PROBABLY IN MY HEAD AS MOST OF MY CO-WORKERS LOVE TO TEASE ME ABOUT, LOL......AFTERNOON SNACKS BECOME LIMITED NOW SINCE I CONSUME MY VITAMINS AFTER LUNCH. I TRY TO FILL UP WITH THEM AND TONS OF WATER. DINNER i USUALLY HAVE GRiLLED CHICKEN. AFTER THIS, I LEARNED WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST....LORD I AM A HABITUAL SNACKER!!!!!

IM A PUERTO RICAN FEMALE WITH SOMEWHAT THINNING HAIR. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET, BUT NOTHING SEEMED TO WORK. AFTER A BRIEF CONVERSATION WITH A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE THATS A DERMOTOLOGIST....SHE SUGGESTED BIOTIN SUPPLEMENTS. AFTER 1 MONTH OF DAILY USAGE I SAW A DIFFERENCE IN MY HAIR. I WOULD DEFINITELY SUGGEST THIS TO ALL FEMALES!!!!!!!
